Talking about the "things that matter most" on June 1

4:00 – Answering the New Atheism: Dismantling Dawkins’ Case Against God
The essential book for dismantling Richard Dawkins' atheistic agenda. Scott Hahn and Benjamin Wiker collaborate to debunk Dawkins' theories and show how inconsistent and illogical his conclusions truly are. This is the definitive book for college students or faithful Christians hoping to answer Dawkins' claims and assert the logic and beauty of their faith. Scott joins us

5:00 – Embryo: A Defense of Human Life
Typically, right-to-life arguments have been based explicitly on moral and religious grounds. In Embryo, Robert George eschews religious arguments and makes a purely scientific and philosophical case that the fetus, from the instant of conception, is a human being, with all the moral and political rights inherent in that status. As such, stem cell research that destroys a viable embryo represents the unacceptable taking of a human life. George is here to fearlessly grapple with the political, scientific, and cultural consequences arising from his position.

  1. I can imagine a time in the future where human life in all stages is held as sacred and carefully safeguarded. I just do not know how soon this time will be here. When it comes people of the future will see our current times as grave and dark pits in human evolutionary history.
